  • Comprises of all AML functionality with NFC verification, OCR, extended support, and 200+ countries.
  • 15-20 seconds processing time with most accurate original and counterfeit document testing. Reports do not mention decline reasons.
  • Easy for the customer to use and low friction.

  • The support seemed to be a bit off as the response time is huge.

  • Results in live mode were not as good as in demo or as expected prices are mid high level not so flexible vendor for customer needs.

The response is slow. It takes more than a week to get on the initial email. No response if one support guy goes on leave. Also, they were not available on the UK’s public holidays.

Their support is prolonged. We waited more than a week and reached out multiple times, but nobody responded. Then reaching them through the source of IDology, we came to know that their support guy was on leave. They do proper due diligence before the call. Reaches out to the person on LinkedIn and sends them friendly messages.
